咸旦要哂太陽
11月頭我又醃咗咸旦,呢次用咗鴨旦(上次我用雞旦),有朋友話到咗醃嘅後期,如果哂佢幾日,咁D咸旦會多D油,星期五我見D咸旦已經醃咗30日,所以拎咗去露台哂吓佢。
我今次想醃足40日同哂3日,因為上次26日雞旦雖然都有小小油,但個芯仲有D白,我想見到今次D咸旦黃全橙黃色,期待ing......
